Basic Communication Skills

The College of Business Administration at UNI expects you to have some basic communication skills before you are admitted to the major.  Some of these skills are developed in high school, and might be further enhanced with additional lower-division courses. Some of these skills are learned in family, church, social, or civic settings.  Most students admitted to the CBA demonstrate good grades in previous courses, volunteer or high school activities, and some work experience.  Your professors will assume that you have already learned these basic communication skills:
