Marketing Emphasis Areas

Advertising
The Advertising emphasis is for students who are interested, for example, in the dynamics of the contemporary digital & social media world or pay-per-click web site development to drive traffic. Advertising also appeals to those who have a creative talent for copywriting or, have a flair for advertising layout.. Others might study advertising in order to become a media buyer, develop advertising plans, or to pursue the strategic side of the world of advertising and promotion.

Distribution & Logistics
The Distribution and Logistics emphasis is for students who seek a career in the ever-expanding process of efficiently moving goods and services across America and around the world.

Sales
The Sales emphasis is for students who would like to pursue business-to-business professional selling, first as an entry-level corporate sales representative and later, after promotion, as a sales manager.

Marketing Management
The Marketing Management emphasis is for students who foresee a career path taking them into entrepreneurial positions as a sole proprietor, or pursuing leadership opportunities such as a middle manager, product manager, brand manager, or pricing manager.
