As a Management major with an Organizational Leadership emphasis, we will arm you with the communication and interpersonal skills needed to be a successful leader.

An emphasis in Organizational Leadership will help you develop the work ethic, professionalism, and soft skills (such as leadership, project management, negotiations, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, persuasion, and influence) needed to succeed as a leader in many organizations.

A minor in Organizational Leadership is also open to all business students who are not Management majors but want to develop the interpersonal skills needed for success.

Organizational Leadership involves coursework that will develop your interpersonal skills and enable you to think effectively in practical organizational contexts. At the end of the Organizational Leadership program you will have a solid understanding of how individuals behave within organizations and use that knowledge to be an effective and successful leader.
