Professional Accomplishments

Professor McAdams's research interests include law, ethics, and relationships between law, business, and society. He is the co-author of the text Law, Business and Society published by Irwin/McGraw-Hill, now in its 11th edition. His publications have appeared in the Harvard Business Review, The Academy of Management Review, The Journal of Business Ethics, and The American Business Law Journal, among others.

Professor McAdams has received recognition for his teaching. While at the University of Kentucky he was selected from all university faculty members not then holding tenure as the 1975-76 Distinguished Teacher of the Year. At UNI he has earned the 1996 Regents Award for Faculty Excellence as well as the 1993 and 2000 College of Business Administration Excellence in Teaching Awards.

International Experience

Professor McAdams has attended seminars in Hong Kong and Moscow.
