Journal publications and paper presentations at professional meetings focusing on human resource management, teaching management courses and using immersive virtual environments in training and development programs. Professional service includes serving on boards of directors, including the Human Resource Certification Institute in the positions of Director of Codification and Research and Director of Exam Development.

International Experience

Professional travel in Austria, Belgium, China and Hong Kong. Personal travel includes the Bahamas, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Russia, Sweden and Turkey.
