Research Interests
Operations and supply chain management, demand chain management, maintenance modeling, higher education.

Responsibilities
Faculty member researching and teaching in the area of operations and supply chain management. Consulting focused on providing solutions to grow & develop business, improve operational efficiency and develop customized training solutions.

Professional Accomplishments
Excellence in Education Award Recipient, Business Week Faculty of the Year Award Finalist, along with numerous other awards and distinctions in industry and academia.

International Experience
Teaching, speaking, and consulting on five continents (North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa). Faculty lead for Dublin, Ireland Study Abroad at Trinity College for the University of Missouri. Visiting scholar and professor at Sichuan University (Chengdu, China).
