Responsibilities
Yi Cheng is the coordinator and advisor for the UNI – Shanghai Dianji University 2+2 program, giving input for the strategic development of the program and improving communication and cooperation between UNI and Shanghai Dianji University at all levels. She coordinates visits, events and activities for students and faculty/staff from both universities.

Professional Accomplishments
In addition to her duties with UNIBusiness, Yi Cheng is partner, Director TransChina Solutions LLC, in which she conduct strategic sourcing projects and provides supply chain solutions for clients primarily in the United States. She is a member of theQinghai Women Education Scholarship Foundation Board and a fundraiser for the Qinghai Women’s Education Scholarship Foundation, which provides university tuition and accommodation fees for female high school graduates in Amdo-Tibetan areas of Qinghai, China. The scholarship foundation aims to create greater access to educational opportunities for overlooked people – female students in Amdo-Tibetan region.

Previously, Yi was a global transfer pricing consultant for KPMG (Beijing), working in the Global Transfer Pricing Department under the Tax Department in Beijing, China. She provided taxation consulting services for multi-national companies, designed and optimized transfer pricing policies for clients, and drafted customized transfer pricing advisory reports.
