Leadership
UNIBusiness educates students to become leaders and provides the intellectual resources and practical opportunities that allow students to identify and improve their leadership skills. Similarly, the College itself is managed with close attention to the requirements of effective leadership.
Faculty and Officers
In keeping with academic tradition, the faculty as a body is the foundation of College leadership. The academic direction of the College must emerge from the collective judgment of the faculty.
At the same time, the overall coordination and implementation of the College's academic duties requires careful and expedient budgetary, philosophical and day-to-day oversight. The Dean, appointed by the University's Provost with faculty advice, the Associate Dean and department heads, all appointed by the Dean with faculty advice, are the officers of the College who assure efficient attention to operating details while helping to shape the College's academic and professional vision.
