The UNIBusiness-John Deere Supply Chain Forum is an industry-academic partnership, designed to give supply chain professionals and UNI faculty and students an opportunity to join together to share industry best practices and network, while showcasing the talent within the UNI Supply Chain and Operations Management program.

This conference is offered free of charge thanks to the support from the John Deere Foundation and the Bradford Chair in International Business.

9:00am: Keynote Speaker: Peter Hirthe

Peter Hirthe is the Senior Trade Development Representative at the Port of Milwaukee. He promotes commercial activity at one of the premier transportation hubs in central North America.  He brings a wealth of experience to his current role; he has held leadership positions in construction, manufacturing, and transportation. In his present position, Peter assists current and prospective private-sector partners of the Port of Milwaukee with their facilities, logistics, and procedures.  He is focused on maximizing their commercial success, and bringing economic benefits to the Milwaukee region.
