Jeff and Julie Hamilton / ESP International Supply Chain and Logistics Management Fellow Dan Bumblauskas will host a 75-minute panel discussion comparing the supply chain differences between operating factories in developed and emerging markets.

Panelists Include:

Jeff Albright, president, ESP International
Jeff Albright, president of ESP International, has experience working in Japan, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur. He serves on the board of the International Traders of Iowa Eastern Iowa Chapter, the executive committee of the YPO Doing Business with China Network, the board of Iowa City Boys Baseball and has served as a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai‘s Board of Governors and as the chairman of AmCham Shanghai‘s Manufacturers Business Council. Prior to joining ESP International, Albright was the global CEO for Dunham-Bush and had spent over six years as the president/managing director of the Asia Region for Briggs & Stratton Corporation.

Loc Pham, commodity buyer, ESP International
Loc Pham has been with ESP for over nine years. Prior to ESP, Loc was a banker at a local bank (Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust). Loc earned an AA degree in Banking and Finance before he earned his bachelors degree in Accounting. Since starting at ESP in 2008, Loc has been working in the Supply Chain Management department as a Custom Molded Rubber commodity manager. Loc spent three months in China in 2009 to learn about synthetic rubber and to observe Chinese rubber factories as they produced custom mold rubber components.

Jeff Hamilton, CEO, ESP International
Jeff Hamilton (Accounting ‘80) purchased ESP international in 1996 and was majority owner until 2012 when the company converted to a 100 percent employee-owned company. He began his career in 1980 with McGladrey & Pullen and was admitted as a partner to the firm in 1987. Hamilton was active in business development and provided tax and business consulting to small and medium size businesses during his time with McGladrey, now RSM.
