Manca is passionate about photography, vintage watches, astronomy, and finance meme culture. His home resembles a small museum with artifacts and antiques from all over the world. During his travels, he applies his knowledge of behavioral economics by excessively bargaining with local vendors.

Before Manca's undergraduate studies, he won 2 silver medals at the International Astronomy Olympiad and was part of the European Youth Parliament. Afterwards, he graduated Cum Laude from New York University Abu Dhabi with an Economics Major, a Finance Specialization, a History Minor, and an Urbanization Multidisciplinary Concentration; After 2 years teaching undergraduate students as the Senior Global Academic Fellow for Business, Finance, and Economics at New York University Shanghai, Manca received an Erasmus Mundus scholarship and obtained a M.S. ("Grand Distinctions") in Urban Studies, jointly awarded by 6 European universities.
