Professional Accomplishments

Amy has spent 30 years at John Deere in a variety of roles primarily in Accounting & Finance, where she started as a summer intern while attending UNI.  

Recent roles at Deere include a leadership role in Information Technology, Finance Director - Forestry, and Group Controller - Global Aftermarket & Customer Support.  

Amy currently serves as Vice President Internal Audit, a role she’s held since 2022.  In this role, Amy leads Global Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management for Deere.

Outside of work, Amy serves as the board chair for The Gray Matters Collective, a non-profit organization with the mission to support mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
