Professional Accomplishments:
Eileen Youds is an accomplished C-suite executive with experience and responsibility with global, multibillion-dollar technology and operations investment management decisions at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), developing sector expertise across digital infrastructure, transport, energy, water & waste. Before GIP, Eileen was in manufacturing, human resources, and defense contracting, serving in leadership roles as President, GM, and COO. Eileen’s ambition is to continue contributing her expertise in strategy, operations, technology, and risk management, including cybersecurity, in addition to her specific industry and sector knowledge to board opportunities. Eileen also brings valuable private equity consortium governance and alignment.

Education:
Ms. Youds holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Mathematics, an M.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa, and a Management Executive Program from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
