Michelle Clark

Professional Accomplishments:
Michelle Clark is an Assistant Vice President in Technology at Union Pacific Railroad leading Union Pacific on their multi-year transformational data strategy journey responsible for data products and solutions and AI. Prior to her career at Union Pacific, Michelle worked in technology in the healthcare industry.

At Union Pacific, Michelle actively supports several Employee Resource Groups and advises the Women in Technology interest group. In the community, Michelle serves on the Million Girl Moonshot advisory board for Nebraska and is the Board Chair for American Midwest Ballet. In 2023, Michelle was inducted into the University of Northern Iowa Women in Business Hall of Fame.

Education:
Michelle received her BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa and her Masters in Computer Systems Management from Creighton University.
