Scott Hauser

Scott Hauser has been a business management consultant for McGladrey since 1996.

Scott's consulting areas of emphasis include business planning, organizational development, acquisition due diligence and integration, profit enhancement, process improvement, decision analysis, key performance indicator identification and project management. Scott maintains a relationship-based advisory approach that includes obtaining a complete understanding of the client's current situation and assembling the optimal McGladrey team to assist with developing high value solutions. Scott held the position of McGladrey's National Financial Management Consulting Practice Champion.

Scott had 30 plus years of professional experience in a wide range of business settings. Prior to McGladrey, Scott was employed in a variety of capacities, including Director of Administrative Services, Finance Manager and Senior Auditor. Some of Scott s responsibilities prior to McGladrey included strategic planning, budgeting, operational measurement system development, management bonus systems, financing, cash management, reengineering and external auditing. These experiences have resulted in Scott having a practical implementation focused approach to business consulting.

Scott serves on the University of Northern Iowa College of Business Administration Executive Advisory Board and the YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metropolitan Area Executive Board.
