1. Business Technology Fundamentals & Strategy (e.g., Introduction to Information Systems, and Information Systems Management);
2. Data-Driven Decision Making & Emerging Technology (e.g., Predictive Modeling);
3. Data Management and Systems Development (e.g., Database Management, and Systems Analysis and Design)
Yihong investigates how data and digital technology can be leveraged to improve decision-making across various organizational and social platforms. One of his current focuses is on designing and analyzing smart systems that facilitate online collaboration. This involves developing recommendation tools for team formation, specifically addressing the critical trade-off between maximizing group productivity and ensuring fair opportunities for all platform participants.
