Dr. Cheng has taught courses in strategic management, international business, and cross cultural management. He enjoys bringing real world perspectives into the classroom and learning from students through discussions of current events. As generative AI becomes a common tool for students, his current focus is designing and updating learning activities and assessments that highlight human factors so AI use strengthens, rather than replaces, critical thinking and authentic learning.
