Anne is a strategic research specialist at Veridian Credit Union. She is responsible for internal and external surveys, averaging 26 research projects per year. She also monitors trends in marketing research and integrates research methods used at the credit union such as online channels and social media. She performs analysis of strategic initiatives and their impact on the credit union.
Anne consulted with the Hudson Community School District designing and facilitating a study to measure faculty, parent, community member and student opinions on long-term district projects and overall satisfaction with the district on different initiatives.
Anne has experience in facilitating focus groups, survey design and analysis. She also has proficiency in developing executive presentations of survey findings that include recommendations for improvement.
