As Waste Management Specialist, Jim manages the original program of the IWRC, On-Site Reviews. He also continues to work directly with Iowa small businesses, assists with their environmental and regulatory concerns and presents at workshops and conferences.
Jim's areas of expertise include environmental regulations related to solid and hazardous waste, wastewater and petroleum product storage, pollution prevention, and employee training in those areas.
