Prior to teaching at UNI, Samuel worked as an external auditor for Deloitte. He has also been a licensed C.P.A. in the state of Utah. While working on his Ph.D., he taught classes at the University of Oklahoma and won multiple awards for his teaching. Samuel has presented his research at the Academy of Management annual conference, the Southern Management Association annual conference, and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology annual conference. He has reviewed academic papers for conferences and for the British Journal of Psychology.
