September 2, BCS Brief

An internal newsletter for Business & Community Services

Happy fall, y’all! 🍁

As we’ve welcomed students back to campus and BCS, I get excited like I’m going back to school, too. It’s easy to get swept up in our to-do lists and lose perspective when it comes to “Building a Better Iowa” here on campus. That’s why I asked Scott Burak, a UNI JPEC alum, to share a brief message with everyone (attached). Scott’s story shows just a sliver of the impact that everyone in BCS has made on our community.

Thank you for everything you do!

RSVP to walk in the UNI Homecoming Parade with BCS

During the homecoming parade, we’re celebrating the “Panthers Through Time” theme with a float of our own: Back to the Future: Panther Style.

UNI Business & Community Services has chosen to embrace the the theme of the iconic movie BACK TO THE FUTURE for our 2025 Homecoming Parade float on Saturday, October 4. We think this will be a fun way to showcase the history of our department and celebrate Panthers of the past, present and future!

ALL ARE WELCOME. RSVP and find details here >>
