Professional Accomplishments

Sarah Rosol's research interests in organizational trust, cross-cultural studies, burnout and unemployment has led to collaboration with colleagues at Renmin University in China to study the effects of burnout on middle-school teachers in China. Rosol has two articles published in Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. Rosol has also given multiple presentations at the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology conference.
