What are the capabilities, collaboration, alliances, and organizational learning practices that allow a company's supply chain to survive disruptions, stressors, and black swan events to deliver performance outcomes? His latest project takes a look at emergency medical response organizations and service providers -- maybe the most critical supply chain of all -- to figure out what they need to keep the medical and relief supplies flowing quickly and effectively.
Karthik Iyer specializes in supply chain strategies, interfirm relationships, strategic alliances, supply chain IT, and organizational learning.
