Two business students honored at Financial Executives International event
UNIBusiness students Austin Nauman (Real Estate and Finance) and Rachel Borman (Finance and Accounting) received the Outstanding Accounting and Finance Academic Recognition Award from the Iowa Chapter of Financial Executives International during the Academic Awards Night dinner on April 4 at the Des Moines Golf and Country Club in West Des Moines.
The meeting in April is one of the highlights of the FEI Iowa Chapter programming year. The FEI recognizes and honors two finance or accounting students from each Iowa chapter member college and university. The nominees are chosen by faculty. The 2019 member schools include Drake University, Grand View University, Iowa State University, Simpson College and the University of Northern Iowa.
