Erica Parks

Professional Accomplishments:
Erica Parks is currently the President & CEO of CBE Companies, Inc. Erica has held several leadership roles since joining CBE in 2013 including Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and most recently President and CEO. Before joining CBE, Erica held roles at McGladrey (now RSM) and John Deere. 

Erica is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2023, Erica was recognized by Acquisition International for the Influential Businesswoman as ‘Call Center Outsourcing CEO of the Year’. In addition to the UNI Wilson College of Business Executive Advisory Board, Erica serves on the Cedar Valley United Way Board of Directors and Finance Committee, the Grow Cedar Valley Board of Directors, and formerly the Executive Committee for Cedar Valley Women Connect, Women Lead Change. 

Erica and her husband also operate their own 501c3 non-profit, All About the Kids. Erica is a member of the Chief Executive Network, CEO100 Group, American Institute of CPAs, Iowa Society of CPAs, and formerly the Institute of Management Accountants. 

Education:
Erica received her BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and MBA from the University of Iowa.
