Principles of Marketing and Services Marketing.
Narmin's research examines consumer behavior in sustainability and AI-enabled services. Her work explores how message design influences pro-environmental behavior and how AI shapes consumer trust, accountability, and decision-making.
Prior to joining academia, Narmin worked as a Brand Manager at Reckitt Benckiser and a Business Analyst at SAP Asia. Her research has been published in the Journal of Marketing Education and the Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing and presented at leading marketing conferences. She also contributes to public scholarship through media interviews and articles on responsible consumption and serves as a reviewer for marketing journals and academic conferences.
