James Prier

James monitors students' academic progress, as well as coordinates, plans, implements, and administers recruitment and retention efforts in the Office for Professional Distinction within Wilson College. He has a long history of helping students succeed. Before joining Wilson College, he supported students at the School of Engineering at the University of Kansas and was an Admissions Counselor for UNI.

Hobbies and Interests
James enjoys watching and playing soccer when he isn't helping students achieve their dreams. You'll often find him walking his two golden-doodle puppies with his wife. He's also a music enthusiast and was on the UNI Varsity Men's Glee Club for four years!
