Apparel Request Form

Represent the Wilson College of Business proudly — whether your students need a unified look for a case competition or you’d like to provide a gift for a donor — by using our Apparel Request Form. You can request polos, 1/4 zips and shirts to create a polished, professional appearance for your group or to share as appreciation items. You may also purchase apparel for personal use.

All requests are reviewed based on purpose and availability, and approved items will be prepared for convenient pickup in your department office.
