Guidelines:

• Artwork must be correctly sized at 1920 x 1080 pixels.
• Use .jpg or .png format only.
• Display run for two weeks before the event.
• Clearly identify the sponsoring department, unit or student group.
• Include key details including date, time and location.
• Please note not all requests may be approved.
