Arthur T. Cox Real Estate Champion Award

The Arthur T. Cox Real Estate Champion Award honors individuals, groups or organizations who have made extraordinary contributions to the UNI Real Estate Program and the UNI Center for Real Estate Education. Presented annually, the award celebrates the legacy of Arthur T. Cox — a lifelong advocate for real estate education at the University of Northern Iowa — by recognizing professional excellence, mentorship, advocacy, innovation and sustained commitment to the program.

Nominations are due annually by Sept. 1. A complete nomination includes a nomination form, a letter of recommendation, the nominee's resume or biography and any optional supporting materials.
