More than 80 percent said they actively sought out candidates who had international experience. No matter how you cut it, any type of experience abroad can help.

Semester abroad

Spend a semester studying at a UNI Business partner institution and we’ll guarantee that the cost will not exceed the projected cost of studying for a semester at UNI, and the time abroad will not require an extra semester at UNI. All partner institutions teach courses in English, but are in a country where English is not the main language, pushing your cultural limits.

 

 

Summer abroad

A summer abroad program may be the perfect solution if it's not easy for you to travel during the school year. UNI Business offers a variety of summer abroad programs that will give you a more well-rounded education and increase your cultural intelligence.

 

 

Faculty-led short-term programs

Join a cohort of other UNI students and study abroad with your own UNI professor. Faculty-led short-term programs take place over the summer or winter break and also satisfy a general education course requirement. Choose a program led by a business professor and we’ll cover the cost of your airfare.

 

 

International internships

Internships are arranged on an individual basis to best fit students’ experience and goals. Experiences offer experience in both international work and interpersonal relations and put you a world ahead of your peers in the job market.
