Professional Readiness

The Professional Readiness Program® (PRP) was designed to give our students an edge on the competition by providing them with the skills to be career ready on day one. From mentorship from industry professionals to practicing elevator pitches, the PRP is the only program of its kind to include professional readiness and confidence-building into the required Wilson College of Business curriculum. Employers and the AACSB® have recognized the PRP for its excellence in producing employees who are productive, knowledgeable and ahead of the curve.

A requirement for all business students, early transfer provides a unique opportunity for students to complete BUSINESS 1000, a graduation requirement, before starting at UNI! This gives them a jump start on their educational requirements before even starting here - all at no cost to the student.
